Your new hobby projects are endless! Paverpol adheres to almost all materials, except to plastic. In Paverpol dipped natural materials are fire slackened. .

Working with Pavercolor

Pavercolor is a special colour powder to be mixed with Paverpol to change the transparent Paverpol into your favorite colour. Mix Pavercolor with some water before you add it to Paverpol. This prevents it from becoming lumpy.

Pavercolor metal colors will loose their luster when mixed with Paverpol. The luster can be retained by brushing the dried piece of work with the Pavercolor metal color mixed with Josefine varnish.
All Pavercolors can be simply mixed with water to create water paint. However this paint can only be used for indoor pieces of work.

For outdoor objects (i.e. garden ornaments, garden sculpture) you can mix Pavercolors with Josefine varnish. It then becomes a proper outdoor paint that can be used for painting, brushing and adding patinas.

Pavercolor is available in 30 colours.

Working with Paverplast

This is what you have been waiting for! Perfect for your garden decorations. You can now make every surface water- and weatherproof! A great versatile art and craft supply!

With Paverplast mixed with Paverpol (100 grams Paverplast for 500 grams of Paverpol) you can create an weather proof paste. So this time you do not work with fabric dipped in Paverpol. But you apply this paste directly with a spatula on your workpiece in layers of roughly 1 or 2 mm. If you want a shiny surface, dip your finger in water and brush on the Paverplast paste. Make it stronger by working more layers on it. After every layer wait till it is dry before you apply the next layer.

Suitable for making waterproof arts and crafts, garden decor items including bird basins, fountains, pools, etc. It can also be used to create a completely watertight layer on sculptures and statues of tempex (polystyrene foam), plaster, self-hardening clay, ecoshape, papier-mâché etc. The item must be completely dry before you apply the layer of Paverplast. Varnishing is not required. Take your garden ideas and projects to the next level with Paverplast.

Paverplast mixed with Paverpol can be colored with Pavercolor to create numerous colors.
If you choose to paint your Paverplast outside artpiece with Reeves acryl paint, then always use varnish to protect the colours for the uv-raus from the sun.

Wrap it as tight as possible. Put a layer of Paverpol onto the piece of Wrapper. When dry you can put a layer of Paverplast Paste on top of it. This is a mixture of Paverpol and Paverplast powder. This way you can make a skeleton which is firm and smooth. Wrappers can also be used to decorate Paverpol statues. Perfect to use for hats and shawls. Dip the Wrapper into the Paverpol. Squeeze it en put it onto the statue. Be careful because you can easily tear it! Even art pieces like paintings, panels, photo frames, boxes, etc. can be decorated by using Wrappers.

Working with Art Stone

Art Stone is a fun product with which you can create beautiful stone-effect objects in an easy manner. Art Stone can be used in two different ways. Use it as a self-hardening clay or use the powder to make sculptures or statues that resemble made out of stone.
To make a sculpture resembling stone use Paverpol lead colour or Paverpol transparent mixed with Pavercolor Siena as a basis. It is of course also possible to mix with other Pavercolors.
You can use a pre-form figure of tempex, plaster, ecoshape, or kitchen foil (cover foil with painter’s tape).

Mix the colored Paverpol with the same amount of Art Stone Decoration powder until the clay is one lump that no longer sticks to your hands. Cover your work completely with the colored Paverpol. Put the clay fully or partially onto the layer that is still wet. Thick or thin, coarse or fine, whatever you like. Make sure that the bottom layer is wet. If needed apply a new layer of Paverpol using a brush.

When your work is fully or partially decorated with the clay scatter some powder over it and rub in well. Apply some Paverpol with a brush if the base has become too dry. You can also scatter a little Paverpol on the wet layer and rub in afterwards.

This stone effect is not suitable for outdoor objects. If you want to leave the piece of work outside, you can use a patina instead of powder, which can be made by mixing white Pavercolor with Josefine gloss varnish. Apply with a brush. Remove the surplus patina with a tissue. Let the work dry and make it glossy with a lint-free cloth.
It is also possible to make jewelry: create stones of clay, use a skewer to make holes in them and get a leather lace to thread the beads.

Art Stone is available in 300 and 1250 grams pots.
